Is it really that good? my take
Great central location, clean, and exceptionally comfortable bed. The access to kitchen amenities like a microwave added convenience.
Noisy boiler disrupted my sleep, and having to navigate remotes for the TV was a hassle.

i was simply appalled at the shocking cleanliness, as there was rubbish on the floor when we arrived. also, don't even get me started on the mattress, which was as thin as a pancake and left me in pain. a complimentary drink or even a note would have been lovely, but i got nada. definitely won't be returning.

Great central location near beach and parks.
My stay at Bursar Street Hotel was disappointing. The room had an unbearable noise from the boiler, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. the cleanliness standards were shocking. I found rubbish under the bed and clumped near the shared kitchen area. I had to check out early because I felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying there.

I really enjoyed my stay with a super comfortable bed and a short walk to both Cleethorpes Beach, just a few steps away, and Cleethorpes Country Park, perfect for some leisurely exploration under the trees.
